Time for a natural facelift
Like regular exercises, facial exercises are the set of exercises targeting to tone, strengthen and pump specific facial muscles. These simple exercises also stimulate production of collagen and elastin, the natural proteins in the body that hydrates, improves skin’s elasticity and firmness. Needless to say the improvised Oxygen supply to the facial muscles reduces the toll of stress on your face, the biggest contributor to pre mature ageing that most people face.
Cheek Lifter
As the name suggest this is to firm and tone your cheeks and jawline. In this exercise, you again make an ‘O’ shape with your mouth and gently place your index finger below the eyes and just at the beginning of your cheeks. The fingers can be considered as weight and now start lifting your cheek muscles while retaining the ‘O’. Do this cheek lift 30 times.
Eye Magnifier
This is an exercise that works on crow’s feet and worry lines. In this exercise, encircle your eyes with thumb and index finger something like wearing a glass. While you shut the eyes tight, let your fingers apply force outward as if you are trying to open the eyes. You should be conscious of not wrinkling your forehead while doing this.
Eyebrow Lift
This is an exercise that works on drooping eyebrows syndrome. Use both your hands and with fingers try pushing down the eyebrows while raising the eyebrows. So you have two opposite forces working together. This exercise strengthen the lower temporalis and eyebrow muscles.
Neck Fixer
This works to address the turtle neck. In this exercise you are trying to encircle your neck, place both your hands with wrists touching each other on the Front while the fingers point back. Your hand should rest firmly but not pressing the throat. With this pose now push your face forward hold for a second release (while your hands continue to encircle) and repeat. Do this again 30 times.
Isn’t it quite unbelievable? In less then 5 minutes a possibility to go back in time and take away the toll of many years from your face. One can start noticing the effect in 10 days and do remember you can also experience some soarness often referred as ‘Sweet pain’ in your face in the initial days. Always remember to hydrate your body and skin on a daily basis.
Nasolabial Reliever
This is to focus on your nasolabial fold. In this exercise make a ‘O’ with your mouth and hold it while using index finger to gently yet firmly move over the nasolabial line.
