Actor Raj Hemant Tapkir shares what inspired him to get into entertainment industry

A child doesn't need to follow his father’s footsteps when it comes to taking up a profession. A farmer’s child will not become a farmer when he or she is capable enough to make a career in a different field. Raj Hemant Tapkir hails from a family who belongs to the farming, business and political background but he is strongly inclined towards the field of entertainment. The best thing is that he loves to act and expressing himself comes naturally to him. With being an actor, he is also a businessman and a social worker.  

As a child, Raj always loved to perform, be it in the school or other events. According to him, acting improves public speaking skill and also increases the teamwork mentality. Moreover, he feels that acting boosts confidence and also makes a person more physically active. Being in the centre of the stage, his aim is to entertain people and be a reason behind people’s smile. Besides acting, he also loves to walk the ramp and he is working hard to associate himself with some of the top Indian brands. 

When asked about what tempted him into the entertainment industry, he said, “Acting is probably the only profession where people reach stardom overnight. If you have enough skills and luck and you are someone who wants to reach on the top with single blockbuster, then acting can be a good choice. My struggle is still going on and I am very confident that my best is yet to come. I hope things will fall into place. Let’s hope for the best.” As of now, Raj Hemant Tapkir is having his focus on a lot of TV ads and shows after which he plans to try his luck in films.
