Consumer electronics company Truvision has launched its new Smart TV series TX407Z for Rs 34, 490 for the Indian market. The 40-inch smart LED TV runs on an optimised version of the Android operating system and is also pre-loaded with applications such as Google Play, Netflix and YouTube.
As for the specifications, the new 40-inch TV sports a panel with 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution, with a dynamic contrast ratio of 300000:1 The TV also enables you to plug in your gaming console or use the TV as your computer monitor. In terms of connectivity, the smart TV comes with two USB ports and two HDMI ports. Since it comes pre-loaded with a custom version of Android, users will be able to stream content from their smartphones and laptops with the help of the Miracast feature. The TV set comes with two years of warranty and is available in retail stores across India.
