No break for Rajkumar Hirani post sanju?

Rajkumar Hirani may be basking in the success of his latest release, Sanju, but he’s in no mood to slow down. The filmmaker, who usually takes his own sweet time with projects, wants to keep the momentum going by diving right into his next one.

Hirani recently met with Sanjay Dutt at Mehboob Studios and the two reportedly had a long conversation about the third instalment in the Munna Bhai series.

If the sources are to be believed, the script for the film is nearly ready. In a recent interview, Hirani said: “If you just want to cash in on a franchise, make anything and people will go watch it. If I wanted to make money, I would have made five Munna Bhai’s by now, but I didn’t want to do that. Now, I have a story in place, and it's exciting.”

We just hope things fall into place and the much-loved Munna Bhai makes a comeback.
