After a busy day at work, soak your feet in lukewarm water and add a few drops of shampoo in it. Now scrub well with a pedicure brush and dry it thoroughly, including the areas between toes. Apply an anti-fungal cream or powder soon after. Keeping your feet dry and clean helps stave off further growth of bacteria.
Disinfect your shoes socks: If you are prone to developing fungi feet,always use an anti-bacterial spray and some bleach while washing your socks in hot water.
