Sara unfazed by trolls

Last week, Saif Ali Khan’s daughter, Sara, visited the Mukteshwar Temple in Juhu, purportedly to pray for the success of her upcoming film Kedarnath. And some people were not pleased to hear that. The young debutante was trolled for visiting a Hindu temple despite being a Muslim.

But that doesn’t seem to have made any difference to her. Sara’s been spotted making regular visits to the temple and offering food to the needy who sit outside.

“Sara has been doing this to ensure that her first film Kedarnath, which has been having problems since day one, has a safe passage in Bollywood. She has shown the trolls that she doesn’t really care about what they say on social media,” a source says.

The trolls seem to have forgotten that though her surname may be “Khan”, Sara’s mother Amrita Singh is a Sikh, and her grandmother Sharmila Tagore is a Hindu.
