Sonakshi Sinha’s busy August

Sonakshi Sinha is at her busiest best. The actress’ past few films may not have been super hits, but her never-say-die attitude seems to be keeping her busy.

Sonakshi is promoting her first family adult film Khandaani Shafakhana these days, and has also been working double shifts to ensure her films Dabangg 3 and Bhuj: Pride of India are well on schedule. And since the trailer of her other film Mission Mangal, co-starring Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan and Taapsee Pannu was being launched at a media event on Thursday, the actress sought permission from her makers to be in Mumbai for a few hours.

“Sonakshi flew in for a few hours for the event and then is scheduled to head back to Hyderabad to shoot for Bhuj. Every actor would like to know the audience and media’s reaction to a project they are working on, and she made a request to be present in Mumbai for the event to the producers and they scheduled her shoots accordingly,” says a source.

Sonakshi has a double bill coming up in August, as Khandaani Shafakhana releases on August 2 and Mission Mangal releases two weeks later on August 15.
