First of all, Congress and other parties should realise that corruption is corruption and one cannot convert corruption into a revolution, says Naqvi.

Strongly rejecting the opposition's charge that the Modi government was indulging in "vendetta politics,"  which is the main reason why some of its senior leaders like Congress's P Chidambaram has been arrested, senior BJP leader and Union minister for minority affairs, MUKHTAR ABBAS NAQVI told YOJNA GUSAI that the opposition parties leaders are only "reaping what they sowed" at the helm during their tenure.

There are allegations that the Modi government has unleashed "vendetta politics" against the opposition parties and is misusing government agencies like CBI and ED. The Congress claims that its senior leader and former union minister P Chidambaram was arrested without any legal basis.
These are the non-serious and frustrated remarks of the opposition parties who are now reaping what they sowed. Why will a probe agency act against any individual if there is nothing against him. Opposition parties need to think and then rethink before making any statement. If someone thinks that making all these baseless allegation will spare them, they are wrong. Law is equal for everyone and law takes its own course.

Opposition parties also allege that the BJP is like a "washing machine" where if some leader from other party joins, who has an ongoing case him/her, the agencies go slow.
It's absolutely wrong to say something like this.

The Congress claims that whether it is P Chidambaram or DK Shivakumar (Karnataka Congress leader), it is more of vendetta politics, rather than the case in which the two leaders were arrested
First of all, Congress and other parties should realise that corruption is corruption and one cannot convert corruption into a revolution. If they (opposition parties leaders) think that by making such remarks and questioning the action by the agencies they can garner sympathy or somehow turn their fading prospects into a bright star, they are wrong. They should also realise that this is a Modi government and it has zero tolerance against corruption. While the country has realised and has faith in Modi government's zero tolerance against corruption, the opposition has failed to realise it.

Opposition parties claim that that the Modi government is misusing the mandate given to it and the arrest of its leaders was a "broad daylight murder of democracy as also the rule of law."
First of all, Mr Chidambaram is behind bars for charges in the cases that were filed against him in the previous regime. The only thing happening now is a transparent probe into the corruption charges. The Congress can say anything but as one said earlier, law will take its own course and the guilty will be punished
