The list includes money earnings through salaries and endorsements. While Ronaldo gets paid a whopping $93 million, Federer is not behind with $64 million. While Ronaldo’s net worth is $400 million, Federer’s is $420 million! Let’s take a look at some of the world’s richest athletes and their jaw-dropping lifestyles.

Earnings: $93 million, net worth $400 million
Often considered as the greatest footballer of all time, Ronaldo was ranked the world’s highest-paid athlete by Forbes in 2016 and 2017. He was also named the world’s most famous athlete in 2016 and 2017 by ESPN. His CR7 products include shoes, underwear, jeans, fragrance and hotels. Naturally, he owns an extravagant house worth more than $7.2 million in Madrid.

The house is spread in 8,600 square feet and has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a trophy room and a number of kids’ rooms. It has his initials on various surfaces. He owns another lavish mansion in the UK which he bought for more than $6 million. It has swimming pool, sauna, cinema and “media room” along with five bedrooms and his and her bathrooms. He also owns a variety of expensive cars which include BMW M6, Mercedes Benz, Audi, Bentley Continental GTC, Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano, Bugatti Veyron, Aston Martin DB9 and Lamborghini Aventador.

Often considered the best player in the world and also regarded by many as the greatest of all time, Lionel Messi’s lifestyle is as rich as his career. His lifelong deal with Adidas is responsible for half of Messi’s $27 million in endorsement income. He has two luxurious mansions — Catalan city mansion and Rosario Mansion. His car collections include 2009 Maserati, Lexus, Dodge Charger SRT8, Audi Q7, Audi R8 and Ferrari F430 Spider.

Earnings: $86.2 million, net worth $400 million
Regarded as one of the greatest NBA players of all time, LeBron’s lifetime deal with Nike could net him more than $1 billion. He owns a production company, SpringHill Entertainment, with his business manager, Maverick Carter.

The pair is also part of an investment group in Blaze Pizza with 17 franchises in Chicago and South Florida. His Coconut Grove Mansion is worth $9 million. It is spread in the area of 15,000 square feet and has grounds that has three fountains, room for two 60-foot yachts to dock, six bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms. He also has an Ohio mansion which is worth $2.1 million. He owns several luxurious cars including Ferrari F430 Spider, Mercedes Benz S63 AMG and Porsche Turbo.

Earnings: $64 million, net worth $420 million
Currently ranked world No. 1, Federer is one of the highest earning athletes in the world through endorsements from Nike and other Swiss companies. Roger owns a lavish apartment in Dubai apart from properties in Switzerland.

Roger’s Crap Curver villa is in the Swiss village of Valbella, part of the large Lenzerheide-Valbella ski area in the canton of Graubunden. He also owns a lakeside penthouse in Wollerau, south of Zurich, on the southeast shores of Lake Zurich which is the largest city in Switzerland. He owns a luxury car — Mercedes Benz SLS AMG Roadster. All his other cars are mostly Mercedes too.
