CBFC won’t certify Great Grand Masti

Kya Kool Hai Hum 3 and Mastizaade may have had it easy, but another sex comedy, Great Grand Masti doesn’t seem to share their stroke of luck. Indra Kumar’s latest offering has found itself in a fix with the Censor Board refusing to certify it. Apparently the ‘inappropriate’ quotient has shot through the roof with this one.

Says a source close to the Censor Board, “They can go where they like. We are not granting certificates to blatantly obscene films. Producer Ashok Thakeria can go straight to the Information and Broadcasting Ministry, like the makers of Love Games and Mastizaade have done.”
