Known for her anglicised roles in Indian films, Nargis Fakhri has made it to the list of the hottest Bollywood actresses. She had what anyone would think of as a dream review with Rockstar in 2011. The Ranbir Kapoor starrer directed by Imtiaz Ali had Nargis playing the role of a Kashmiri girl who settles in Prague. The film was a hit at the box office and should have opened doors for Nargis in the industry. However, the actress made it to the silver screen again after the long wait of two whole years. In a shocking revelation during an interview with us, the actress said that no one was around her to offer work after the film at all.

“I really didn’t know that what I was doing at that point of time. People took me from my happy place in Copenhagen, put me in the bubble, made the film in three years and then kicked me to the curb and never spoke to me again. I don’t know where they are and what they are doing unless I read the newspapers. I did Rockstar thinking it would be fun. I am someone who takes chances for new experiences. I am always excited to travel to a new country or to learn a new language. After the film, though, I questioned myself because I was completely alone,” the actress said.
