Say hello to Mr and Mrs Dahiya

The big fat nuptials of Divyanka Tripathy and Vivek Dahiya was held at the Kanha Fun City in Bhopal on Friday and it was a night to remember. The baraat came in at around 10 pm. For the varmala ceremony, the bride was dressed in an ornate red lehenga while the groom looked dandy in a cream and gold sherwani teamed with a maroon stole. The pheras began at 3 am for which Divyanka had changed into a yellow lehenga, which was gifted to her by her maternal uncle for the ritual. The marriage was solemnised by 6 am. Speaking on her wedding day, a beaming Divyanka said, “I was so nervous today. I haven’t been this nervous ever in my life. The feeling is beyond explanation. I am over the moon. I feel very lucky to be his bride. I always wanted a monsoon wedding and I got to have one. The rains are making the whole experience so surreal. It feels like a dream.”
