Kortala Siva, writer and director of Telugu super hit Srimanthudu has been on the lookout for a leading man for his film’s Hindi remake for a while now, and we think Hrithik Roshan may be the man for the job. The makers had earlier approached Varun Dhawan for the film and though his father David Dhawan liked it, he thought that Varun was too young to play the protagonist here. Later Salman was approached through another producer too but now we hear that Hrithik may have been finalised for the role originally played by Mahesh Babu.

The actor has apparently seen the film a few times and also suggested climax changes to director Kortala Siva who will direct the Hindi version too, as only he has rights of the film.

Hrithik did not respond to our text messages, but a source close to him confirmed, “Hrithik has seen the film and he has suggested some changes in the climax. After making those, the director will see him again.”
