Hyundai is set to unveil the Venue (codename QXi) in a few weeks time. The Korean carmaker has revealed that the Venue will be India’s first connected SUV. What that means is that it will get Hyundai’s BlueLink Technology with 33 connected features. They can help an owner during a mishap, get in touch with roadside assistance, tracking the vehicle and/or start the climate control remotely. Of the 33 connected features in the Venue, 10 will be India-specific. Before Hyundai revealed this information, the upcoming MG Hector was going to be India’s first connected SUV. Ford’s SYNC can also make emergency calls but the Blue Link system of Hyundai is capable of a lot more.
