Hyundai commences doorstep repairs and servicing

Hyundai's 'Door-Step Advantage' service covers 475 locations across India.

Hyundai car owners rejoice. The South Korean carmaker has started a new initiative wherein it will carry out repair services at a location of customers’ choice. Periodic services, minor repairs, dry wash and car cleaning are some of the services covered under this initiative.

Customers can book and pay for the doorstep services online.

Technicians can provide minor repairs, apart from dry wash and car detailing.

South Korean carmaker Hyundai has started a unique doorstep service program for its customers. The programme covers periodic services, minor repairs, dry wash and car cleaning at a location of the customer's preference.

The doorstep service will be provided by a fleet of over 500 two-wheelers across 475 locations in the country. What’s more is that Hyundai owners can also book and pay for the service online.

Speaking about the initiative, S. Punnaivanam, VP - National Service, Hyundai Motor India said, “The Door-Step Advantage makes the entire service experience fast, seamless & hassle-free strengthening customer trust.”

Maruti Suzuki also offers a similar mobile service under which technicians come to the owners' location on two-wheelers for maintenance and car repairs. Similarly, Toyota has also introduced a doorstep service programme called 'Service Express', which uses mobile vans to provide breakdown services and minor repairs.
