Vantage Circle wins USD 20 mn contract for its employee rewards
The winning of the contract marks the entry of Vantage Circle into North America and have recently opened up its offices in New York.
New Delhi: Vantage Circle has been awarded a large contract for the Employee Rewards and Recognition platform by one of the largest enterprises in USA. Designed to be an easy and user-friendly platform for providing employees with Rewards and Recognition, Vantage Circle’s platform will provide over 90,000 employees of the client based in US and India an easy way to redeem their rewards. The winning of the contract marks the entry of Vantage Circle into North America and have recently opened up its offices in New York.
As an employee benefit platform, Vantage Circle creates awards that are conferred on employees for various career accomplishments. The client was looking for a system which could meet the needs of their large employee base of more than 90,000 employees spread across different regions. The reason for choosing Vantage Circle was its comprehensive product, providing a customised solution and a reputation of high customer satisfaction levels, not just a tech platform.
While Vantage Circle has a number of marquee clients in India, this is their first big in the US market.
