•    Parking: Accommodating 30 vehicles or more
•    Restaurant: Minimum capacity of 60 covers
•    Gym & Spa Centre: Space exceeding 2500 square feet
•    Lounge & Bar: Capacity starting from 30 covers
•    Power Backup: As per property requirements (Negotiable)
•    Water Supply: Independent source with backup
•    Licensing: All relevant licenses in place
•    Staff Accommodation: Provided
•    Well-equipped Kitchen: (Negotiable)
•    Safety Protocols: Compliance with State Rules
