Ingredients

Balishta badam powder 200 gm Plain khoya 200 gm Milk half cup Ghee 6 tsp

Method Boil half a cup of milk in a pan. Once the milk starts to boil, add balishta badam powder and mix well. Continue boiling. Add khoya when the badam milk starts boiling. Keep stirring till it dissolves, and mixes well with the badam milk. Now, add three tsp ghee, and continue stirring. After the mixture is set, add three more tsp ghee, continue to stir. When the mixture starts thickening and gets a halwa consistency, take it off the stove. Grease a plate with ghee and pour the halva onto it and let it set. Garnish with dry fruits.
