Tossed green salad Ingredients A big bowl of torn mixed salad greens l 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced l 3/4 cup frozen peas (thawed) l 2 green onions (sliced) l 1 celery (sliced)

For the dressing: 1/4 cup canola or olive oil l 3 tbsp white wine vinegar l 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp dried parsley flakes 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp dried oregano 1/8 tsp pepper

Method In a large bowl, combine greens, cucumber, peas, onions and celery. In a small bowl, whisk dressing ingredients until blended. Pour over salad; toss to coat.
