A still from 'Mom'.

Mumbai: Trust Nawazuddin Siddiqui to break all conventions of acting norms. The superlatively talented thespian has been amazing all and sundry with his terrific acting chops, ever since he broke into Indian pop cult with his phenomenal turn as Faizal Khan in Anurag Kashyap's 'Gangs of Wasseypur'.

The actor, who was last seen in Shah Rukh Khan's 'Raees,' will soon be seen in Sridevi starrer 'Mom'.

While much is not known about the film, the teaser had intrigued one and all. However, a lot many missed a virtually unrecognisable Nawaz in it.

And now, a poster of the film, featuring him has been released, and fans are in absolute shock, failing to differentiate the actor they so very love and the man that they see in it.

Nawaz can be seen as balding, crooked toothed man, hellbent on giving you the chills and creeps.

One can whole-heartedly trust the actor to perform the living daylights out of the role, especially in a prosthetic-laden demeanour as terrifying as that.

The film, which also stars Akshaye Khanna, is slated to release on July 7.
