Naman Nitin Mukesh to enter Bollywood

Nepotism be damned, members of the Indian film industry will never stop paving the way for their kith and kin to make it as actors, producers and directors. The latest to join that bandwagon is actor Neil Nitin Mukesh, who’s all set to star alongside Adah Sharma in his brother Naman’s directorial debut.

The film titled Bypass Road is said to be a thriller, and we hear that Neil has even gone so far as to ghost-write it for his kid-brother.

A source close to the development says, “Naman has shown a keen interest in filmmaking, and his indulgent father Nitin Mukesh has got Madan Paliwal to co-produce his first film. Neil is also on board as the film’s producer and leading man.”

Neil himself has been going through a rough patch lately, which has relegated him to villainous roles in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi films. A home-production featuring him as the leading man may be just what his career needs.
