Ranbir Kapoor will be seen playing a dacoit in YRF's next production titled, ‘Shamshera’. The film is produced by YRF and will be directed by Karan Malhotra.

The makers have released an announcement video featuring Ranbir Kapoor holding an axe in one hand and arrows in another.
