Actress Katrina Kaif who was last seen in Thugs Of Hindostan with Aamir Khan applauds Aamir for taking the responsibility of the failure of the film however she also points out all actors do that.

Katrina Kaif says, “I love Aamir and I think it was beautiful of Aamir to do it. But I do feel that most people do that. I know of people who have done that in the past  Rajini sir, Salman and SRK, I have seen them speaking so openly about it.”

She further adds, “I think it’s a very correct thing but I think we all do it openly because nobody is in denial. These are all highly intelligent people that we are talking about. It takes certain amount of guts to be an actor and director because you are putting yourself out there. You have  to accept when you go wrong and that’s exactly how it is should be.”

Katrina who played the role of Suraiyya in the film says they tried their best but this industry is unpredictable.

She says, “I consider Aamir as a phenomenal actor and cinema is an unpredictable business, everyone can go wrong. Everyone is open and aware of the fact that they can go wrong. We tried our best and it didn’t go right, we will hopefully come back and try next time and try our best not to disappoint the audience again.”

When asked Katrina after working in the industry for so long can she sense where the film is heading while filming it she says,  “Not entirely till we see the audience’s reaction. One thing that I have been able to judge is that the experience will help you to grow as an actor. You get to know if you are growing, it is adding  to my performance that I can sense.”

Katrina Kaif will now be seen in Zero with Shah Rukh khan and Anushka Sharma.
