Varun Dhawan fan booked for threatening to kill his girlfriend Natasha Dalal

When Varun was asked about the same, he chose not to talk about this incident as the police got involved in the matter.

Mumbai: Today, Mumbai Police have filed a non-cognisable (NC) complaint against Varun Dhawan's female fan for allegedly abusing him and his family members, threatening to commit suicide and killing his girlfriend Natasha Dalal last week. The case has been registered under Section 504 (punishment for intentional insult and with intent to provoke breach of peace) and Section 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

Police officers at the Santacruz station identified lady fan as Archana Dange, who went outside the Kalank star's residence at Juhu Tara Road on Friday at 9.30 pm just to meet Varun Dhawan. In a statement published in Hindustan Times, a police officer stated, "Dange was waiting for the actor outside his home. On seeing him, she started hurling abuses at him and members of his family. She also threatened to physically harm the actor’s friend Natasha Dalal. She also threatened to commit suicide."

When Varun was asked about the same, he chose not to talk about this incident as the police got involved in the matter.

Meanwhile, on Koffee With Karan 6, Varun had confirmed his relationship with Natasha Dalal. On the work front, Varun will be seen in Alia Bhatt, Sanjay Dutt, Madhuri Dixit-Nene, Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur in Kalank. The film is set to release on April 17, 2019.
