I have blind faith in Vishal Bhardwaj, says Tabu

Known for her varied choice of films, Tabu has time and again proved her mettle as an actor with her versatility. While considered to be one of the pickiest actresses in showbiz, it takes quite a lot to impress this beauty and gain her trust. But the actress reveals, it is filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj, whom she trusts blindly.

“I have blind faith in Vishal because I know that he will come to me with something that is worth my while. I think, more than blind faith, I know he understands me and he knows what I will do,” says Tabu.

 She further adds, “I think I have a lot of strength in the faith I have in him. Our working relationship is one of the best I ever had.”

The two together have delivered some great pieces of work, namely Maqbool and Haider. But for Tabu, the meaning of success is much more than just being paid well.

“I think I could say success in this industry means you are popular and paid some good amount of money. But in life generally, I would say if you are happy doing what you are doing and are able to do it on your own terms living your life fully, that’s success for me. I  take this at a personal level and say that every day.”
