Bollywood gets busy after Diwali
Tinsel-town's big guns are set to start shooting for their respective movies post Diwali celebrations
Most big names in Bollywood are going to wrap up their Diwali celebrations and jump right into work, taking new movie projects head on.
For instance, according to a trade source, after Diwali celebrations, Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham will begin filming for Yash Raj Films’ Siddharth-Anand directorial Pathan.
“After Diwali, even Salman Khan will start shooting his film Antim, which was earlier titled Dhak and then Guns of North, and was earlier set to be directed by Abhiraj Minawala. But now, it will be directed by Salman’s close buddy and director Mahesh Manjrekar,” the source adds. “Ranveer Singh will begin the shoot for Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus with Pooja Hegde and Jacqueline Fernandez in Mumbai and Goa.”
The source also tells us that after the Diwali vacations, Ranbir Kapoor will start shooting with Shraddha Kapoor for Luv Ranjan’s romantic comedy, and while Akshay Kumar will start shooting for his film Prithviraj, Ajay Devgn will get busy completing Bhuj.
Readers might recall that Aamir Khan has already started shooting for his film, Laal Singh Chaddha.
