Go Goa Gone sequel is on
Until now, that is. Kunal has confirmed that there is indeed a plan for a sequel, but the schedule is rather unclear at the moment.
Saif Ali Khan and brother-in-law Kunal Khemu had collaborated on the successful zombie movie Go Goa Gone in 2013. And while there have been talks of a sequel for a while now, there was no official confirmation of the same.
Until now, that is. Kunal has confirmed that there is indeed a plan for a sequel, but the schedule is rather unclear at the moment. “There’s an intent to make a sequel, because people loved it,” he explains. “We had a lot of fun when we were working on the first part. But there’s no clarity on dates or other things. You’ll have to ask Bhai (Saif) about that.”
The directors of the first part, Raj and Krishna, who last directed the underwhelming A Gentleman, also confirm they will work on a sequel for Go Goa Gone. The original movie also starred Puja Gupta and Soha Ali Khan, who could well reprise their roles again.
