Rajinikanth to play encounter specialist in Darbar?
As the shooting for the upcoming movie is going on in Mumbai, a source close to the development gives an inside peek into the workings of the actor.
Rajinikanth’s fans have a reason to rejoice as the actor is going at his next film Darbar in a blitzkrieg fashion. Collaborating with actress Nayanthara for the second time, Rajinikanth is currently shooting the Tamil language movie in Mumbai. And a source close to the development of the film hints at his role, saying, “The film comprises of action, thrill and drama. And Rajiinikanth, probably, plays a role of an encounter specialist.”
A long stint of shoot has been completed in various locations, including Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, Royal Palms, and Film City among others. “The set of main Zero room (Investigation Room) has also been erected in St. Xavier’s College,” informs our source. Moreover, the film directed by A.R.Murugadoss will also be dubbed and released in the Hindi language.
As the South actor is known for his trademark action sequences, he makes sure to give his all. Giving a sneak peak inside his action scenes in the movie, our source delves, “There is a body double that performs tough action scenes. Although for lighter action scenes like breaking a table and kicking hard and all that, he does on his own. Leaving no stone unturned, indeed adding his typical mannerisms.”
Moreover, Rajinikanth is also known for his humble personality on the sets. “Rajinikanth makes it a point to sit down on the same table and relish his breakfast, lunch and tea with all the technicians,” reveals our source. Since the Ramzaan is going on, the actor makes sure to look after the needs of the Muslim staff. “Rajinikanth makes it a point to see that all the rozadaars working on the sets of Darbar are given all the essential eatables to break their fast on time,” concludes our source.
The film is scheduled to release on 9th January 2020.
