Akshay Kumar lightens the mood

Press conferences, media interactions and film promotions can be pretty drab, especially if you’re doing several of them back-to-back. But actor Akshay Kumar has been using his sense of humour to liven up the day for himself and the rest of the Gold team. Recently, he told his co-star Mouni Roy the wrong full-form of the acronym “IMAX”, causing everyone to burst out into laughter.

And when a senior RJ asked the stars how their experience had been working with each other, Akshay was quick to point out, “Have you ever been to a press conference where the actors have said they did not like working with each other?”

A greenhorn would probably not have evoked such a response from the actor, but his witty comment definitely did lighten the mood.
