Troll not a kind gesture: Kamal Haasan comes out in support of Kajol after wrong caption
The actor asked the trolls to spare Kajol and added that he was not a fan of selfies, but he is a fan of the actress and Amitabh Bachchan.
Mumbai: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee brought stars galore on one stage during the recently held Kolkata International Film Festival.
The event provided the rare instance when some of the biggest stars of the country like Kajol, Shah Rukh Khan, Kamal Hassan, Amitabh Bachchan, among others were spotted together.
While the photos on stage during the ceremony made headlines, another one backstage also made news for mixed reasons.
An ecstatic Kajol couldn’t contain her excitement as she posed for a picture with Bachchan and Haasan.

While the smiles on the three actors’ faces made it a beautiful picture, Kajol’s caption on the picture calling it a ‘selfie’, gave Twitteratti a chance to troll her.
Some of them joked how it could be a selfie, with few of them pointing out how it couldn't be one because her hands were on the actor’s waists.
Haasan, however, took to Twitter late Sunday in support of the actress, asking trolls to spare her and that he was not a fan of selfies, though he was a fan of the two of them.
Please spare Kajolji. I an not a fan of selfies. Though I am a fan of them both. Troll not a kind guesture. pic.twitter.com/lfO3WfXPYB

Surprising though, how the most active of the three on social media, Amitabh Bachchan, didn’t have a reaction to this yet, maybe we can expect a line or two about it in his next blog post.
