Watch: Sonakshi's goofiness is a visual delight in Uff Yeh Noor
The first track from the film enhances the traits of the actress' confused journalist character.
Mumbai: Sonakshi Sinha has often been criticised for her choice of films, having done numerous 'masala' films with the top actors during the course of her career.
However, she seems to be in the mood to silence her critics, with her delectable turn in Sunhil Sippy's 'Noor'.
The film is an official adaptation of the Saba Imtiaz bestseller 'Karachi, You're Killing Me!', and has Sonakshi as a confused journalist in her 20's.
And the first track from the film, 'Uff Yeh Noor,' enhances the traits of her character adequately. Her co-stars in the film, Kanan Gill and Purab Kohli, also shine with their amazing screen presence.
The song, composed by Amaal Malik, has brother Armaan lending his voice to the catchy melody.
'Noor' is all set to hit the theatres on April 21.
