Bipasha Basu not pregnant

Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover have been in the news since their wedding in 2016 — first for their wedding hashtag #MonkeyWedding and of late for with their outings at the hospital.

The rumour mills since then have been abuzz with tales of Bips’ pregnancy.

However, the husband has put all speculations to rest. “These are all rumours. In fact, twice I had a severe stomach infection and had to be treated for the same. Also I had gone in for a sonography. Bipasha, being my wife, accompanied me in this pathetic condition. The stomach infection made me so feeble that I was literally unable to walk.” says Karan.

“Bipasha was definitely unhappy with the news. She asked me ‘whenever you have stomach infection why does the media make me pregnant?’. I said because they cannot make me pregnant,” he laughs.

Karan further says that Bipasha is a private person, and she doesn’t like to share much about her life.

“She does not like to share much of her personal life. I cannot change her in this respect. Indeed, I will have to change myself and stop answering any personal questions,” he says.

But when posed with the question of starting a family, he says, “We are still growing. We have not planned anything about children yet.”
