I am the closest to my mother in law, says Aayush Sharma

Aayush Sharma, who’s all set to make his debut with the film Loveratri, is entering the film industry after marrying into Salman’s khandaan. He reveals that of all his in-laws, he’s closest to Salma, his mother-in-law.  

“I am closest to my mother-in-law. She is the sweetest person. I can spend hours and hours with her, and I can be myself with her. She sends home-cooked food for me and keeps asking if I am eating right. She has always been nice to me,” Aayush says, adding that she even takes his side when he’s having an argument with his wife, Arpita.

Loveratri, which stars newcomers Aayush and Warina Hussain, has been produced by Salma, and the actor says that that puts an additional pressure on him to perform.

“When my mother-in-law saw the poster of the film with her name listed as producer, she told me, ‘You better be good. I want to walk into my kitty parties with pride, saying I launched my son-in-law and he’s good,’” Aayush says.

The film is scheduled to release next month.
