Kangana Ranaut, who is all set to turn director with Teju, now aspires to become an author. At least that’s what she claimed at the launch of Shobhaa De’s latest book, Seventy and To Hell With It. “I will write a book when I am ready. Shobhaa will always be there to guide me. I keep telling her that she is the original wild child and we are just her followers. I would love to collaborate with her.”

The actress, who never shies away from speaking about various issues spoke about Zaira Wasim’s molestation case. Zaira, alleged that she was molested by a man sitting behind her on a Delhi-Mumbai flight.

“I want to bring to your notice that this young girl spoke about the harassment she faced in a flight. But look at the backlash she is getting. It is so upsetting. I mean there are witnesses who are claiming that the innocent man just happened to put his foot on the arm-rest,” Kangana said, adding, “If anyone is going to place a foot on my armrest, it’s open to interpretation. Fellow passengers can’t tell me that it was an innocent act.”

Kangana who came out all in support for Zaira went on to say she would have broken the man’s leg if she were in that situation. She says, “Personally, I find that act extremely offensive. I would have broken his leg. I am not dissecting or jumping to the conclusion, but no one should play judge whether it is me or anyone else.”
