Randhir and Rishi Kapoor get candid about the paparazzi culture
Everyday, I wake up in the morning and see my grandson's picture in the papers, says Randhir Kapoor.
Randhir Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor find the paparazzi culture overwhelming. In fact, Randhir feels that kids of celebrities, (read: his grandson Taimur Ali Khan) are exposed to so much paparazzi that their normal childhood has been robbed.
“Everyday, I wake up in the morning and see my grandson’s picture in the papers. The paparazzi are permanently stationed below our house. I can understand they are taking her (Kareena’s) photograph. Now everyone recognises his help as well, all thanks to the paparazzi,” he says.
Rishi, known for his mercurial behaviour with the shutterbugs and the media as well, says, “Today, you are all over television, websites and the social media. Earlier it used to be weekly, fortnightly and monthly journals.”
