Mumbai: Megastar Chiranjeevi turned 64 today and on this special day, the actor is busy in the promotion of his next, 'Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy'. Chiranjeevi's birthday is nothing but a festival for his fans as they have showering a lot of wishes on Sye Raa by trending #HBDMegaStarChiranjeevi.

Like fans, Chiranjeevi's son and Telugu actor Ram Charan too wished his father today on social media. Ram Charan took to Instagram and shared a cool picture of him with father Chiranjeevi. The 'Rangasthalam' actor wrote, "You've been an inspiration, a mentor and a guide to millions including me. They call you #MEGASTAR and I call you Appa. Wish you a very happy birthday Appa. May you continue inspiring all of us. Love you a lot. #HBDMegastarChiranjeevi."

Meanwhile, Chiranjeevi's period drama, 'Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy' is based on the life of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy. The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Kiccha Sudeep, Vijay Sethupathi, Jagapathi Babu, Nayanthara, Tamannaah Bhatia and Anushka Shetty in pivotal roles.

'Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy' is slated to release on October 2, 2019.
