Ajay Devgn's eight ways to Friday
Ajay has also agreed to do extended cameos in films like Rajamouli's RRR and Rohit Shetty's Sooryavanshi, which makes for eight releases.
Ajay Devgn has found his eight ways to Friday in the next two years where he will be seen having back to back releases. Ostensibly, Ajay has not only found a way to emulate Akshay Kumar’s style of doing multiples films in a year but he has actually done a bit better.
After the release and success of his last oeuvre at the turnstiles – Total Dhamaal – Ajay has a fantastic lineup.
“His next release will be De De Pyaar De where he is experimenting with a romantic comedy after many years. The trailer of that film will be out on his birthday on April 2. That will be followed by his historical war drama Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior and then by Neeraj Pandey’s Chanakya. Ajay will also be working on the Syed Abdul Rahim biopic in the days to come with Badhaai Ho director Amit Sharma for producer Boney Kapoor. He has also greenlighted a film for Luv Ranjan along with Ranbir Kapoor that should also see an official announcement soon about when it will go on the floors. He had another film announcement recently that is based on the 70s and will see him as IAF officer Wing Commander Vijay Karnik,” informs the trade source about his list of never-ending signups.
Besides, Ajay has also agreed to do extended cameos in films like Rajamouli’s RRR and Rohit Shetty’s Sooryavanshi, which makes for eight releases.
With an actor like Akshay Kumar teaching other actors how to manage time and do several films in a year, we are sure that many more biggies will also follow suit.
