Commando 3 to be bigger

The 2013 action film Commando introducing Vidyut Jammwal was a hit at the box office. Directed by Dilip Ghosh and produced by Vipul Shah, the film had mixed reviews apart from praises flooding in for the actor.

However, with director Dilip parting ways with the producer, Commando 2, which was then directed by Deven Bhojani, mounted on a larger scale than Commondo didn’t set the box office on fire. But now we hear that the director of Aashiq Banaya Aapne and Table No 21, Aditya Dutt, has been signed to direct the third part. Aditya recently also directed the Sunny Leone biopic for the web.

“Commando 3 is a much bigger film than the first two parts and a lot of emphasis is being paid on the thrills in the film. Aditya knows how to direct thrilling subjects and even though there is Vidyut in the film to do all the stunts, the film will have a thrilling story because that is what can sustain the film for a longer time,” says a source.

Vipul will produce the third part of the film as well, which may have a bigger heroine unlike newcomers in the earlier instalments.
