Hrithik Roshan is ageing gracefully. No, we can’t see a hint of grey yet, nor the sexy crow’s feet that distinguish so many of our mature actors.

Hrithik just believes that at 44, it is time to act his age – in films and in brand endorsements.

His pick of recent roles, like in Super 30, indicates he is looking for meatier stuff than the bang bang of pure action or the stickiness of cloying romance.

He is also letting go of brands that target the youth. In one such, actor Ranbir Kapoor has gleefully stepped in for Hrithik.

“Hrithik wants to be the face of products that complement his age. He was also quick to take up Union minister Rajyavardhan Rathore’s fitness challenge to underscore how necessary it is for men his age to be fit,” said a source.

Well, Hrithik drew some flak from the Twitterati too while cycling for the challenge in a Mumbai suburb. He forgot the helmet and may be slapped with a fine. We are sure he will pay it as a responsible citizen.
