Rohit Shetty is currently working on his second cop flick Simmba, which we’re told could become another franchise like Singham. However, we’re told that he’s also planning a film on the underworld and gangsters, after having given the subject a shot in Dilwale.

“Whenever I yell at my staff a lot, they tell me a few days later that I should do a movie on the underworld,” he guffaws, and adds on a serious note, “I do want to make a movie or a web series on gangsters. At the end of the day, gangsters are very intelligent people; they’re not dumb. They are very interesting characters, and they’re businessmen who are just doing the wrong thing.”

The director, who’s now hosting a TV show along with Karan Johar, says that he has no intention of turning actor, just like the latter did. “I’m pretty happy directing and doing television,” he smiles. “I’m a very bad actor.”
