TV star Mrunal Thakur to star opposite Hrithik Roshan in Vikas Bahl's Super 30?

TV actress Mrunal Thakur is most likely to grab the role in Hrithik Roshan's 'Super 30'.

Mumbai: Actor Hrithik Roshan will soon start working on his next project 'Super 30', a film based on renowned mathematician and teacher Anand Kumar.  The man is best known for his Super 30 programme, which he started in Patna, Bihar in 2002, and which coaches economically backward students for IIT-JEE, the entrance examination for the Indian Institutes of Technology.

This Hrithik Roshan starrer inspirational drama is amongst the most awaited films of 2018.A lot has been written about the rest of the casting in the film. Bollywood actresses like Katrina Kaif and Parineeti Chopra were speculated for the role opposite Roshan in the film.

Now, according to a report by DNA, actress Mrunal Thakur, known for ZEE TV's show 'Kumkum Bhagya', is most likely to be zeroed in for the role. Thakur has been in the news recently, after she was roped in to play a part in Tabrez Noorani's Indo-American film 'Love Sonia' which was backed by 'Life Of Pi' producer David Womark.

A source close to the developement revealed, “They had reservations about the length of the role, but it is an important part. It’s a great thing for a new actress to begin her career with. As for Hrithik, he has never had any reservations about working with newcomers. He was cast opposite newbie Pooja Hegde in Mohenjo Daro.”

Well, if the news turns true, this is going to be a dream debut for TV's beloved star.

Helmed by director Vikas Bahl, 'Super 30' is slated to release on 23 November 2018.
