Kartik-Ananya on the outs?

There is nothing permanent about showbiz relationships, and what better illustration of this than the recent friendship between Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday, which we hear has gone bust.

Apparently the two, who were seen doing squealing videos together, are barely on talking terms anymore. A source reveals, “Something about Ananya’s attitude irks Kartik. She’s become very competitive on the sets of Pati Patni Aur Who, and she wants to do better than him in every shot. No harm in that. In fact, being competitive is a good thing. But unfortunately, it is annoying Kartik, and so the tension is growing.”

Kartik, it must be remembered, got Ananya into this project, whereas the original choice for the role was Taapsee Pannu. Hope he doesn’t come to regret it.
