Jen, Emma and Brie in a group text

Brie Larson revealed in an interview with Vanity Fair that Jennifer Lawrence, Emma Stone, and herself have been part of an online texting group for a while now, and that Amy Schumer and Lena Dunham have also recently joined them. They thank Woody Harrelson for their friendship, and said that he is like a “dad” to the original trio.

“That (group of friends) saved my life,” Brie said and added, “I was able to talk with them about everything that was going on in my life, and it was with people who had been through it before and are also hilarious. That support and acceptance was everything. I was home-schooled, so I didn’t have friends that had the same interests as me, and I found it to be absolutely incredible.”
