Since Justin Bieber did not cooperate with the police while they were investigating the battery that the pop star got involved in for headbutting a man at the pre-Grammy party, the case has now landed on the District Attorny’s desk. A source close to TMZ.com reveals that Bieber plans to stay silent and take a chance with the DA’s office.

However, according to reports, the move could work in Bieber’s favour as the only evidence against the singer is a video that doesn’t show the attack very clearly.

Also, the alleged victim does not want to press charges against him.
