I'm impatient, Nikitin is like a sea of calm: Kratika Sengar

In an industry that is jinxed, as far as relationships are concerned, telly couple Nikitin Dheer and Kratika Sengar set a fine example with their rock-solid equation. If anything, the fact that they’re both from the same industry helps their cause, says Kratika. “Being in the same profession helps a lot. Nikitin and I are both aware of the time constraints it poses. The hectic lives that we lead pose a huge challenge when it comes to managing time. It takes a lot of determination to keep the relationship going. It doesn’t matter whether you’re doing a television show or a movie, you need to be very focused. That way, Nikitin is very helpful and supportive of me. He is the biggest positive force in my life, and he is way more sorted than I am. I am very impatient, and he is like a sea of calm; it helps in keeping the balance.”

The actress further adds, “We are poles apart as far as our nature and personalities are concerned. If the bond between a husband and his wife is strong, then I think they complete each other and the relationship also survives longer. I see so many people who are not keen on getting married because they are busy working and doing their own stuff. In fact even I thought I wouldn’t get married but then luckily I met Nikitin and everything changed for good.”
