The group acquired JK Mills in Kanpur, UP. This plant manufactures jute bags in large quantities for distribution to sugar mills in Uttar Pradesh. Ghanshyam Sarda has also been a strong advocate for refining factory workers' abilities. He emphasised that the business can meet the need for eco-friendly natural fibre products with proper skills training. In addition, the Sarda Group of Industries had launched a project to assist Jute labourers in taking care of their health for their advantage. Ghanshyam Sarda stated that there are many unskilled people; developing skills will help the industry satisfy worldwide needs for eco-friendly items made of natural fibre.
