Project WiFi was created with the intention of making money solely on the internet. Although a simple idea, there are many different ways of executing a digital strategy. Andy Ta Kong observed a rise in the potential to make money online and decided to act on it.
This ranged from Google to social media and he and his team decided to take advantage of this opportunity with impunity. Andy got together with three other business partners to create Project Wifi, a popular Amazon management business that is currently helping over 55 clients to reach their full potential in all areas of eCommerce.
Andy and his partners help bring these businesses over the six-figure mark, leading to many pleased Amazon buyers.
Currently, Project WiFi is Andy’s primary focus. He has always been head-first in all things business. This includes customer relations, ensuring everything is running smoothly and anything else that has to do with Project Wifi. His main goal is to manage stores consisting of over 150 clients and to have 99% of them running at all times.
This would triple the number of clients they are working with currently, resulting in many more happy store owners. His main focus within the company includes customer relations and ensuring everything is running smoothly and streamlined.
Andy’s strong work ethic was first ingrained in him at the age of nine, as he was working two different jobs while going to school. These businesses were run by his parents- one a restaurant and the other a nail salon.
Juggling these three aspects of life at such a young age taught Andy plenty about time management, patience, and discipline at a very young age. Due to these experiences, the transition to running his own businesses in the future came naturally to him.
When it comes to Project WiFi, Andy knew he found the right idea. He stated, “At the time, I was already doing the Amazon dropshipping model. I was impatient with the growth and my store eventually got shut down. After this mistake, I realized that patience is key when it comes to managing and running any business.”
He attributes this lesson as well as others to leading him down the correct path. As it so happened, preparation met opportunity, and the perfect idea came together.
Andy partnered in business with his friends- Marcello Cantu, Paul Gerard Parker, and Mohammed Shakaoat. They came together and formed Project WiFi.
Andy has no plans on retiring because he loves what he does. He plans to do it for the remainder of his life, as he has truly found what he is passionate about. We wish Andy the best in his future endeavors.
