Sources said last week, around five hospital staff from Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences were sent for the treatment of a close relative of health minister Tej Pratap Yadav. An official letter issued by the hospital superintendent revealed that the medical team remained stationed at Mr Yadav’s residence from May 31 to June 8.
According to IGIMS medical superintendent Dr Prabhat Kumar Sinha, “We had instructions from the health minister to depute a medical team at 10 Circular Road for the treatment of a close relative who was suffering from fever.”
