19 injured in two separate road accidents in Jammu, Udhampur

12 people were injured when a mini bus hit a divider and 7 were injured when jeep skidded off the road.

Jammu: Nineteen people have been injured in separate road accidents in Jammu and Udhampur districts, police said on Monday.

A mini bus on its way from Samba to Jammu hit a divider and turned turtle on the highway at Kunjwani area late on Sunday night.

Police stated that in the first accident, 12 people were injured and have been hospitalised, and in the other, a jeep skidded off the road and rolled down into a gorge in Ramnagar area of Udhampur district.  

Seven persons were injured in the accident.
