Bhopal: New ministries are set to take oath in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh on Tuesday. Although, the size of the ministry to be sworn-in Madhya Pradesh on Tuesday was yet to be announced, 10 new ministers in Bhupesh Baghel government in Chhattisgarh were scheduled to take oath on the same day.

MP chief minister Kamal Nath has been camping in Delhi for the last three days to finalise his ministry. He was scheduled to return to Bhopal along with the list of ministers on Monday evening. But, he was forced to extend his stay in Delhi for another day owing to the failure to end the impasse over formation of his ministry triggered by infighting in ruling Congress, party sources told this newspaper here on Monday.

Mr Nath was scheduled to return to Bhopal on Monday evening, but, he has deferred his visit to Bhopal to Tuesday morning, sources said.

Sources said differences among the three factional leaders, Mr Nath, and two other senior Congress leaders Digvijay Singh and Jyotiraditya Scindia, over representation of their camps in the new ministry has led to delay in formation of the new ministry in MP.
